Q. What is the minimum rental commitment?
A. Our lease is month to month, and therefore, you are not committed to any more time than you need.

Q. What kind of documentation do you require to rent a unit:?
A. A valid drivers license or other picture I.D. is required to rent any of our units. On boat, car, trailer of R.V. spaces, we require current registration in the tenant's name.

Q. Do you carry moving and packing supplies?
A. Yes. We have a wide variety of boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble wrap, packing boxes, wardrobe cartons, bubble wrap, packing paper etc. for sale from our reception.

Q. How long will it take to complete my transaction on "move-in" day?
A. The entire move-in process should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Q. Do you charge when I access my storage unit?
A. No, you can come and go as often as you please, free of charge.

Q. Are there any items I cannot store?
A. You cannot store any perishable, inflammable or illegal items. Cars, motorcycles and lawnmowers etc. should be full of stabilized fuel prior to storing.

Q. Will my possessions be safe?
A. Our Self-Storage centres are protected by the latest state-of-the-art 24 hour security cameras. The centre site is fenced secured with key pad entry. Only authorized persons will be allowed to enter the site

Q. Is it possible to view the storage units before I rent?
A. Yes, it is always advisable to view any facility for your own peace of mind, so please call in and take a free - no obligation tour.

Q. Do we need our own lock?
A. You can use your own lock or purchase one from our office.
